We cannot imagine
our lives without computer. Generally computer is a device used for many
purposes like information storage, email, messaging, software programming,
calculation, data processing, gaming and many more.
1943-1958`s First generation of computers was that vacuum
tubes were used as internal computer components. Vacuum tubes are generally
about 5-10 centimeters in length and the large numbers of them required in
computers resulted in huge, extremely expensive and was very easy to broke.
Next generation was in 1959-1964. Bell labs developed the transistor.
Transistors were capable of performing many of the same tasks as vacuum tubes
but were only a fraction of the size. The first transistor-based computer was produced
in 1959. Transistors were not only smaller, enabling computer size to be
reduced, but they were faster, more less electricity.
Computer is a modern tool which has
made life very easy and simple. Computer has made possible to do large amount
of works in very small time. We can use internet in the computer which gives us
lots of information.
New generation computer are
being smaller, speedier and more powerful. But computer has cannot do
anything whitout software. If we have problem we can solve in computer with a
powerful software. So we have to focus problem about software
Science development and research are
being very faster than up to now with computer. I think, in future human made
computer with organic materials. And we can made machine intelligence.
